Our licensed staff are well trained professionals in health and wellness; providing clients with the best manicures, pedicures, massages, and esthetics, in addition to the variety of other services available.
At blvd spa we strive to meet a strict standard of cleanliness in our shop and services by going above and beyond standard sterilization practices. Our technicians wash and disinfect their hands before and after each client. Clients also have the option of asking our technicians to wear non-latex gloves. All Stainless Steel tools are sealed in sterilization pouches and put through an autoclave cycle. Sterilization pouches are opened in front of each client before their service begins. All products including, but not limited to, nail files, buffers, and wax sticks, are considered one time use and will never be re-used by us on another client.
Autoclaving is the highest level of sterilization and is standard procedure at medical and dental offices. We do this in accordance with the AMA, FDA, and EPA guidelines.
The blvd spa manicure and pedicure stations will be cleaned and disinfected after every client with germicidal products to prevent the spread of bacteria.

 

We stand behind every service we offer. We have a two day guarantee on our regular polish manicures and a seven day guarantee on our hard gel and nail extensions as well as gel color manicures. Should your manicure chip or nail extension break within this time frame, please be sure to notify us within the time frame, and we will be more than happy fix it, free of charge.

Click here. With you in mind, we’ve made booking online simple and seamless. Select the service, date, and time (and staff, if you have a favorite) and simply follow the instructions on the screen. blvd spa retains the right to refuse service to anyone or ask them to leave the facility.

A credit card is not necessary for walk ins, but if you schedule over the phone or online we will need a credit card to reserve your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged until you arrive for your appointment or in the case of untimely cancellations.

We ask every client to arrive about 5 minutes prior to your service, but for your first visit please arrive about 10 minutes prior so we may get to know a little more about you.

Individual Cancellations: Should you need to cancel, we ask that you contact us by 7PM the evening before your appointment. You can cancel your appointment online by logging into your account, by emailing us at  contactus@theblvdspa.com, or by calling us at (734) 228-6600.

If you cancel same day of your appointment, you will be charged 50 percent of the value of your appointment. If you fail to show up to your appointment without cancelling, you will be charged the full value of your service.

Group Cancellations: For parties of four or more, simply let us know at least 72 hours ahead of time if you need to cancel or change your plans. Groups of four or more who cancel without notice or fail to show will be charged the full price of scheduled services.

Please arrive on time or five minutes early to check in at our concierge desk. A late arrival resulting in a delayed start of your scheduled service will reduce the length of your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not inconvenienced. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

Also, we recognize your time is valuable. While we strive to maintain a punctual schedule, complications with preceding appointments are a possibility. In the event that we are running behind, we will happily give contact you and let you know you more than welcome to wait, push back your appointment, or possibly start with another technician.

Of course you can! We always understand we still have to take important calls even when trying to relax. We just ask that you keep your phone on silent and keep conversations low to avoid disrupting the tranquility of the spa.
